So this week has been a proper half and half mixture of stuff. First half I spent pretty much holed in my house, firstly because I got a new camera which I picked up for a right bargain from Tesco and I couldn't wait to get shooting some videos for YouTube on it, and secondly because I really wanted to catch up with my blog and make sure nothing was falling by the wayside. I would be the first to say and also that I am guilty sometimes of dashing out of the door to go to fabulous things but then not necessarily having the time to write and do the blog posts in the way I want to. I needed some time to re-evaluate the site, myself and where I want to take it to the future, and I took the first three days of this week to solidly work on that. I hope you've been enjoying the new style of photographs, the super-detailed reviews and posts (I will always swatch on skin, paper and then a "look" on my face) and let me know if you enjoyed two posts a day this week rather than one?

I then ventured into London, I had a couple of events to attend - a Stila launch and also some fun with Boots, I also popped by Illamasqua HQ and took Lily along with me to meet the team. Lily and I spent all of Friday working really hard on making a few collaborative YouTube videos as well as blogging away together, as a very last minute invitation to my family holiday tomorrow means that she's coming along with me! We're off to Center Parcs and we're really excited, I can't wait to relax a bit with Lily and live a little forest life with the deers and rabbits!
